Suites & Stadium Overview
Mercedes-Benz Stadium, located in Atlanta, Georgia, will be home to the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL), the Atlanta United FC of Major League Soccer (MLS), and the annual Southeastern Conference championship football game and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. The stadium’s ownership group hopes that the venue will also play host to future Super Bowls, FIFA World Cups and NCAA Final Fours. The building will frequently serve as a concert venue and host to family shows.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium is owned by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority and operated by the Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC. The stadium features a retractable roof structure inspired by the oculus in the ancient Roman Pantheon. The total construction cost is estimated at $1.4 billion.
Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC is the title sponsor with venue naming rights. Notable events which have publically committed to Mercedes-Benz Stadium include the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, SEC Championship Game, Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game, 2018 College Football National Championship Game and the 2020 NCAA Men’s Final Four. The stadium features a 360-degree HD video halo board that – at nearly six stories tall and 1,100 linear feet in diameter – will be the largest in the NFL.

Host to more than 30 events each year, Mercedes-Benz Stadium offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Mercedes-Benz Stadium can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Suite types for rent and for sale include:
- Touchdown Suites (seat 10-22, standing room tickets also available); located on the field level
- Franchise Suites (seat 12-22, standing room tickets also available); located on the suite level
The new Mercedes-Benz Stadium features suites located on two different levels: the field level and the suite level. The venue also features multiple party suites, which are typically better suited to large groups, available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to help clients secure both private and party suites through our offline network.
Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular Atlanta Falcons games and special events typically fall within the range of $10,000 to $27,000 per day depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Multiple parking passes are included with the rental of each suite. Suite renters may also purchase tickets anywhere in the stadium (where available) and Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets to fill out the suite. Food and beverage is not typically included in the base rental price.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, ranging from $70,000 to $225,000 per year. Lease terms are typically offered in one, three, and five year installments. Suite owners with annual leases are allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets and parking passes as needed. The cost of food and beverage may not be included in the lease of a Mercedes-Benz Stadium suite.
