Suites & Stadium Overview
Bank of America Stadium, located in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, is home to the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL) and the annual Belk Bowl college football bowl game. It will also host the annual ACC football Championship Game through 2019. When not in use by the Panthers, the building occasionally serves as a concert venue and host to family shows.
Bank of America Stadium is owned and operated by the Carolinas Stadium Corporation. The stadium facade features massive arches and towers at its entries, clad in black, silver, and blue materials.
Bank of America, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the title sponsor with venue naming rights. Notable events hosted at Bank of America Stadium include the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship in 1999 and 2000, CONCACAF Gold Cup matches in 2011 and 2015, and Carolina Panthers playoff games in 1996, 2004, 2009, 2014 and 2015.
Notable performers to take the Bank of America Stadium stage include The Rolling Stones, Billy Graham and Tyler Farr. The closing night of the 2012 Democratic National Convention, in which President Barack Obama was expected to deliver his acceptance speech for the Democratic Party presidential nomination, was to be held at the stadium on September 6, 2012. However, due to inclement weather, the speech was relocated to Time Warner Cable Arena.

Host to an average 30 events each year, Bank of America Stadium offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Bank of America Stadium can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Suite types for rent and for sale include:
- 300 Level Luxury Suites (seat 12-44)
- 400 Level Luxury Suites (seat 12-44)
There are 153 luxury suites on the 300 and 400 club levels in the stadium, ranging from 12-person suites to 44-person suites. Bank of America Stadium suites have three main components: three rows of viewing seats, lounge space and restroom facilities. Twelve suites were specifically designed as party suites, which are typically better suited to large groups, often available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular Carolina Panthers games and special events typically fall within the range of $8,000 to $14,000 per day depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and shows can often be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Bank of America Stadium. VIP parking is included in the rental price; in-suite catering and personal attendant options are available for an additional charge.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Carolina Panthers and Bank of America Stadium, ranging from $100,000 to $360,000 per year. Lease terms are offered for 9, 12, and 15 year commitments. Suite owners with annual leases are generally allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets, as well as Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets to fill out the suite. VIP parking is included in the overall lease price; in-suite catering and personal attendant options are available for an additional charge.

Renting a Bank of America Stadium Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.Benefits of buying through the venue may include…

Suite Amenities & Design Features
Bank of America Stadium suites are configured with extra wide, leather, theater-style seats and bar stools. A wet bar, refrigerator, and ice maker come standard in all suites as well as five high definition flat screen televisions and local internet access. All suites are climate-controlled, with great views of the game action. Suites were updated in 2015 to include well-appointed private restrooms, granite countertops, radiant heat, and sliding glass windows which open to the playing field.
Suite Access & Additional Meeting Spaces
Bank of America Stadium includes a multi-use executive boardroom, conference rooms and press box for rent during non-event times. Non-event day access to the suite as well as conference center space is available, with pricing based on the particular day of use and specific needs of the suite holder (there is no surcharge for the use of most suites during non-event days; fees are generally dependent upon audio/visual/catering needs). Suite owners, renters, and guests are invited to enter their suite through special VIP entrance two hours before the event and stay up to one hour following the event’s conclusion. On game days, those holding suite tickets are also able to use Club areas throughout the venue.
The 4,800 square foot Panthers Den, decorated in Carolina Panthers memorabilia, features a panoramic view of Charlotte's skyline and accommodations for up to 500 guests. The North Lounge, a two-tiered area with 22-foot high ceilings, offers the ultimate in sports hospitality. This 8,000 square foot space has room for up to 1,000 guests, two bar areas and 24 television monitors. The stadium’s press box features coaches’ booths, radio booths, multiple HDTV’s and a buffet area – ideal for Carolina Panthers-themed business functions.
Catering & Concierge Services
With the exception of two sealed plastic water bottles, attendees at Bank of America Stadium events may not bring outside food or beverages into the venue. Suite holders and guests have access to restaurants, bars, and concession stands throughout the building, as well as premium catering and in-suite concierge service for an additional charge.
Delaware North’s updated concessions menu includes one significant item of note: The Hog Molly. This sandwich boasts 8 ounces of pecan wood-smoked beef brisket, french-fried onions, slaw, barbecue sauce, sliced pickled jalapeno peppers and four slices of bacon, all on a Kaiser roll. Delaware North offers 429 fixed concession points of sale throughout the stadium.
The Lot 1 parking deck, adjacent to Bank of America Stadium, accommodates suite parking. See the venue’s parking page for complete details. Valet service is not available at this time.
Each Bank of America Stadium suite is equipped with at least five high definition flat screen televisions and free local internet access.
Bank of America Stadium suites were updated in 2015 to include well-appointed private restrooms. Restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
The stadium has four suite clubs. The Suite 87 Club offers a full-service bar and billiards room, with accommodations for up to 124 members. This 7,860-square foot club is located in the east end zone on the 300 club level. The Gridiron Club includes terrace level seats outside for its 282 members and a climate controlled lounge inside. This 10,000-square foot club is located in the west end zone on the 400 club level.
The 32 Club provides an all-inclusive game day experience for up to 32 members. Located along the north sideline on the 400 club level, this club features three rows of seating behind fully retractable glass windows. The 51 Club is located in the southwest corner of the stadium on the 400 club level. Highlights for the club's 36 members are complimentary bar and food selections, multiple televisions and private restrooms.
