Suites & Arena Overview
The United Center, located in Chicago, Illinois, is home to the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL). When not in use by one of these Chicago sports teams, the building frequently serves as a concert venue.
The facility is owned and managed by the United Center Joint Venture, a 50/50 partnership between the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks. It is the largest arena in the United States in physical size.
United Airlines is the title sponsor with venue naming rights. Notable events hosted at United Center include the 1996, 1997, and 1998 NBA Finals, the 2010, 2013, and 2015 Stanley Cup Finals, four NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournaments, nine Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournaments, the 1996 Democratic National Convention and Oprah’s “The Farewell Season Spectacular.” Notable musical performers to take the United Center stage include Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, Frank Sinatra, U2 and The Rolling Stones.

Host to more than 200 events each year, United Center offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. United Center can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Suite types for rent and for sale include:
- Lower Level Suites (seat 12-20); Nos. 1-60
- Club Level Suites (seat 12-20); Nos. 1-72
- Penthouse Level Suites (seat 12-20); Nos. 1-84
- BMO Harris Club Suite (seats 12-20)
- Penthouse Level Super Suites (seat 40-80); East A, East B, West C, West D
- Bud Light Legends Lounge (seats up to 80)
Five suites – the Penthouse Level Super Suites and Bud Light Legends Lounge – are designated as “Party Suites,” which are typically better suited to large groups, are often available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases), and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to help clients secure both private and Party Suites through our offline network.
Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $5,000 to $14,000 depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved for half the price. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at United Center.
Forty person Party Suites typically rent for $8,000 to $12,000 per event. Eighty person Party Suites usually rent for $13,000 to $18,000 per event. Up to 16 VIP Parking passes will also be provided.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from United Center, ranging widely from $50,000 to $500,000 per year. This price does not include the cost of game and event tickets. Lease terms are offered in three and five year installments. Suite owners with annual leases are generally allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets, as well as up to eight Standing Room Only (SRO) suite tickets per game. Four VIP Parking passes will also be provided.
Renting a United Center Suite Through SuiteHop

Renting a United Center Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.Benefits of buying through the venue may include…

- venue pricing that is sometimes below marketplace pricing, and,
- a direct relationship with the venue for access to future promotions.
Suite Amenities & Design Features
United Center suites are configured with extra wide, leather, theater-style seats and bar stools. A wet bar, refrigerator, and ice maker come standard in all suites as well as two high definition flat screen televisions and local internet access. Each suite includes granite countertops, a sofa/sectional seating and updated millwork.
All suites are climate-controlled, with great views of the game action. Restrooms are located in most suites and in common areas outside of the individual boxes. A 17-foot high statute of Michael Jordan sits outside the arena, inscribed with the words: "The best there ever was. The best there ever will be."
Suite Access & Additional Meeting Spaces
United Center features an executive boardroom and conference rooms for use during non-event times. Non-event day access to the suite is generally prohibited. Meeting space is available, with pricing based on the particular day of use and specific needs of the interested party. Suite owners, renters, and guests are invited to enter their suite through special VIP entrance up to 90 minutes before an event and stay up to 60 minutes after the event’s conclusion. On event days, those holding suite tickets are also able to use Club areas throughout United Center.
Located on the Club Level at the west side of the United Center, the BMO Harris Club features state-of-the-art presentation technology and multiple meeting rooms. This multi-function event space includes couches, flat screen televisions and a pool table, amongst other entertainment amenities.
Catering & Concierge Services
Attendees at United Center events may not bring outside food or beverages into the arena. Please see the United Center’s Frequently Asked Questions page for complete details. Suite holders and guests have access to restaurants, bars, and concession stands throughout the arena, as well as Executive Chef Michael Arcomone’s farm-to-fork menu which features local, free-range ingredients.
The Ketel One Club at United Center, located across from Section 119, is a members-only establishment which is open before, during and after events. Its evolving menu typically features fresh caught fish, center cut filet mignon and a wide variety of classic cocktails. Levy Restaurants handles the arena’s catering, in-suite ordering and concierge service.
The United Center has 6,000 parking spaces in 11 lots which surround the arena. Suite holders are typically issued four VIP parking passes per Chicago Bulls or Chicago Blackhawks game, and two parking passes per concert/show. Most passes will be valid in lots C and K. The others will be for parking in lots A, B, D, E or L. Valet service is not available at this time.
Each United Center suite is outfitted with two high definition flat screen televisions and local internet access.
Restrooms are located in most United Center suites and in common areas outside of the individual boxes.
The Chicago Stadium Club, located on the Lexus Club Level, is a 285 seat members-only restaurant. Reservations are strongly suggested. United Center strictly enforces the following dress code at the upscale Stadium Club: “Slacks and collared shirts are appropriate for men. Dresses, skirts, slacks, and dress shirts or blouses are appropriate for women. Blue jeans and tailored shorts are acceptable, but running/gym shorts, cut-offs, sweatpants, torn or soiled jeans or t-shirts and other abbreviated attire will not be allowed.”
The facility’s NHL Room and NBA Room can accommodate up to 250 guests for theater-style seating.
The Skyline Room – a banquet room with spectacular views of Chicago's famous skyline – and the Governors’ Room can each accommodate 50 to 100 seated guests and offer plush seating in an upscale dining setting.
