Suites & Stadium Overview
Toyota Park, located in Bridgeview, Illinois (12 miles southwest of downtown Chicago), is home to the Chicago Fire Soccer Club of Major League Soccer (MLS), the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), and the Chicago Bliss of the Legends Football League (LFL). It also previously hosts the Chicago Machine of Major League Lacrosse (MLL). The stadium, which was designed specifically for soccer matches, frequently hosts concerts and family shows.
Toyota Park is owned by the Village of Bridgeview and operated by Andell Holdings, Inc. More than 500,000 people pass through its turnstiles each year. Spectators remark that the stadium atmosphere sets Toyota Park apart from other Major League Soccer venues.
Notable events hosted at Toyota Park include the 2006 MLS All-Star Game, 2006 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup's final, a 2010 World Cup qualifying match between USA and Trinidad and Tobago, and the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup qualification match between USA and Italy. Notable musical performers to take the Toyota Park stage include Bob Dylan, Rammstein, Korn, Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, and Wilco.

Host to more than 40 events each year, Toyota Park offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Toyota Park can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Suite types for rent and for sale include:
- Executive Suites
- Stage Suites
Toyota Park features 42 Executive Suites and six premium Stage Suites. The Stage Suites, also known as party suites, are better suited to large groups, available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to help clients secure both private and party suites through our offline network.
Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular Chicago Fire matches and special events at Toyota Park typically fall within the range of $1,200 to $3,000 per day, depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Toyota Park. Four VIP parking passes are included with the rental of each suite (valet service is available for an additional charge). Standing Room Only (SRO) suite tickets may be purchased to fill out the suite for an additional charge.
Annual Suite Leases
Full season leases are available directly from Chicago Fire at Toyota Park, ranging from $30,000 to $75,000 per year. Lease terms are offered for three, five, and seven-year commitments. Suite owners with annual leases are generally allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets, as well as SRO suite tickets to fill out the space. Four VIP parking passes are included with the lease of each Toyota Park suite (valet service is available for an additional charge). The cost of food and beverage service may not be included in the base lease price.

Pricing on SuiteHop is market-based, with suite owners determining the price at which they choose to list. The list price is a reflection of availability, the popularity of the event, the exact location of the suite, whether or not catering and parking passes are included, and the suite owner’s choice of selling their suite in its entirety or by the individual seat, among other factors.Benefits of buying through SuiteHop may include...
