Suites & Stadium Overview
Arrowhead Stadium, part of the Truman Sports Complex, is located in Kansas City, Missouri and is home to the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). When not in use by the Chiefs, the building frequently hosts concerts and college football games. The crowd at Arrowhead Stadium set Guinness World Records for stadium noise in 2013 and again in 2014, hitting 142.2 decibels.
Arrowhead Stadium is owned by the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority and operated by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Arrowhead Stadium is one of eight NFL stadiums in the country without a title sponsor owning venue naming rights. Notable events hosted at Arrowhead Stadium include the 1974 Pro Bowl, five Big 12 Conference championship football games, international soccer matches, the World Series of Barbecue, and a 2015 visit by The Rolling Stones.

Arrowhead Stadium suites offer the ultimate stadium experience with exclusive access to VIP clubs and restaurants. They can accommodate small and large groups, are often available for a single game (as opposed to full-season leases), and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to help clients secure both private and party suites through our offline network.
Two suites – the Penthouse and the Legends Club – operate as “party suites” and are better suited for large groups. These two party spaces may utilize shared suites tickets where available.
Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $11,000 to $33,500, depending on the size, type, and location of luxury box. For example, Sunday, Monday, and Thursday night professional football games tend to be more expensive than Sunday afternoon games. The same suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved for $5,000 to $10,000. Individual suite tickets are often comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Arrowhead Stadium.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, ranging widely from $55,000 to $117,000 for Field Boxes and $127,000 to $423,000 for Broadcast Suites. Other types of annual suite leases typically fall between the $55,000 to $423,000 range. The actual price will depend on the suite’s size, location, and lease terms.
Lease terms are offered in three, five, seven, and ten year commitments. Suite owners with annual leases are allowed to buy unlimited non-suite tickets, as well as two $325 Standing Room Only (SRO) suite tickets per game. Half-season or partial-season leases are not being offered for sale at this time.
Renting an Arrowhead Stadium Suite Through SuiteHop
Pricing on SuiteHop is market-based, with suite owners determining the price at which they choose to list. The list price is a reflection of availability, the popularity of the event, the exact location of the suite, whether or not catering and parking passes are included, and the suite owner’s choice of selling their suite in its entirety or by the individual seat, among other factors.
Benefits of buying through SuiteHop may include...
- access to suites that are not otherwise available elsewhere, including when the event is sold out,
- ability to purchase individual tickets within suites,
- market-based pricing can be below box office pricing,
- transparent, real-time online pricing and ordering, and,
- availability of full event planning services including ticket distribution, RSVP/invitation management, celebrity appearances, branded promotional/gift items, dedicated in-suite concierge service, and more!
Renting an Arrowhead Stadium Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.
Benefits of buying through the venue may include…
- full year and multi-year suite leases only available through venue,
- venue pricing that is sometimes below marketplace pricing, and,
- a direct relationship with the venue for access to future promotions.
