Suites & Stadium Overview
Ewing M. Kauffman Stadium, better known as Kauffman Stadium, or “The K,” is home to the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball (MLB). When not in use by the Royals, the building occasionally serves as a concert venue and host to family shows.
Kauffman Stadium is owned and operated by the Jackson Sports Authority Complex. The ballpark features an 84' x 104' HD scoreboard which includes an interactive crown with the ability to rise about 40 feet above the video screen.
Kauffman Stadium is one of ten ballparks in Major League Baseball that does not have a title sponsor with venue naming rights. Notable events hosted at Kauffman Stadium include the 1973 and 2012 MLB All-Star Games and World Series games during the 1980, 1985 and 2015 seasons. Notable musical performers to play at Kauffman Stadium include Huey Lewis and the News, REO Speedwagon, B.B. King, Kansas, Fleetwood Mac and The Beach Boys.

Host to an average 100 events each year, Kauffman Stadium offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Kauffman Stadium can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Suite types for rent and for sale include:
- Dugout Suites (seat 20-35)
- Hall of Fame Suites (seat 40-200 depending upon combination)
- All-Star Suites (seat 20-100 depending upon combination)
Kauffman Stadium’s Hall of Fame and All-Star suites are equipped with retractable wall systems between each unit to better accommodate large parties. These party suites are well suited to large groups, often available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to help clients secure both private and party suites through our offline network.
Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $2,500 to $4,500 per day depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Kauffman Stadium. A Kauffman Stadium suite rental typically includes one parking pass for every four suite tickets purchased. Additional parking and Standing Room Only (SRO) suite tickets are available for purchase.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Kansas City Royals and Kauffman Stadium, ranging from $150,000 to $195,000 per year. The standard lease does not include the cost of event tickets. Lease terms are offered for three, five and seven year commitments. Suite owners with annual leases are generally allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets and SRO tickets on an as-needed basis. A Kauffman Stadium suite lease typically includes one parking pass for every four suite tickets purchased.
