Marlins Park Suites & Arena Overview
Marlins Park, located in Miami, Florida, is home to Major League Baseball’s (MLB) Miami Marlins. It is located in Little Havana, about 2 miles West of Downtown Miami. Of note, Marlins Park was LEED certified as the greenest ballpark in Major League Baseball in 2012. The venue is also the third smallest in the majors by stadium capacity. This unique space features teal art-deco tiling, South Beach sculptures, a nightclub, expansive swimming pool, and the only aquarium in Major League Baseball.
Notable events hosted at Marlins Park include the 2013 World Baseball Classic and the Miami Beach Bowl. The ballpark will also host the 2017 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Notable artists to take the Marlins Park stage include Beyoncé, Fifth Harmony, Ricky Martin, OMI, and Flo Rida.

Host to approximately 100 events each year, Marlins Park offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Marlins Park can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Miami Marlins suites for rent and for sale include:
- Hall of Fame and MVP Suites (seat up to 16 guests, located behind home plate)
- Founders and Lexus Legends Suites (seat up to 22 guests)
- Fiesta Suites (seat 24-48 guests)
- Championship Suites (seat up to 60 guests)
Marlins Park suites are located on two different levels: field level and the Lexus Legends Level. The venue also boasts two spacious party suites (the 1997 and 2003 Championship Suites), which are typically better suited to large groups, available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to assist clients secure both private and party suites through our offline network.
Marlins Park Private Rentals & Marlins Park Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $2,500 to $6,000 per day, depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events may be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Marlins Park. VIP parking passes may be included with the rental of a Miami Marlins suite. Suite renters may also purchase tickets anywhere in the stadium and up to four Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets to fill out the suite. Food and beverage is not typically included in the base rental price.
Annual Marlins Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Miami Marlins and Marlins Park, ranging from $150,000 to $275,000 per year. Lease terms are typically offered in commitments which range from one to ten years. Suite owners with annual leases are allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets and parking passes as needed. The cost of food and beverage may not be included in the lease of a Miami Marlins suite.
Renting a Miami Marlins Suite Through SuiteHop
Pricing on SuiteHop is market-based, with suite owners determining the price at which they choose to list. The list price is a reflection of availability, the popularity of the event, the exact location of the suite, whether or not catering and parking passes are included, and the suite owner’s choice of selling their suite in its entirety or by the individual seat, among other factors. - access to suites that are not otherwise available elsewhere, including when the event is sold out,
- ability to purchase individual tickets within suites,
- market-based pricing can be below box office pricing,
- transparent, real-time online pricing and ordering, and,
- availability of full event planning services including ticket distribution, RSVP/invitation management, celebrity appearances, branded promotional/gift items, dedicated in-suite concierge service, and more!
Renting a Miami Marlins Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.Benefits of buying through the venue may include…
- full year and multi-year suite leases only available through venue,
- venue pricing that is sometimes below marketplace pricing, and,
- a direct relationship with the venue for access to future promotions.
Marlins Park Suite Amenities & Design Features
Marlins Park suites are configured with extra wide, theater-style seats and bar stools. A wet bar, refrigerator, sofa, and ice maker come standard in all suites, as do multiple HD televisions and local internet access. Suites are climate-controlled, with great views of the game or concert action. Private restrooms are located inside some Miami Marlins suites; well-appointed restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
Marlins Suite Access & Additional Meeting Space
Marlins Park includes a multi-use executive boardroom, conference rooms and press box for rent during non-event times. Non-event day access to the suite as well as conference center space is available, with pricing based on the particular day of use and specific needs of the suite holder (venue typically requires advanced notice). Suite owners, renters, and guests are invited to enter their suites through special VIP entrance up to two hours before the event and stay up to one hour following the event’s conclusion. On event days, those holding Miami Marlins suite tickets are also able to use Club areas throughout Marlins Park.
The stadium’s press box features television booths, radio booths, multiple HDTV’s and a buffet area – ideal for Miami Marlins-themed business functions.
Marlins Park Suite Catering & Concierge Services
Attendees at Miami Marlins events are allowed to bring a select few items into the ballpark. Please see the venue’s A to Z Fan Guide for complete details. Marlins Suite holders and guests have access to restaurants, bars, and concession stands throughout the ballpark, as well as premium catering and in-suite concierge service (for an additional charge). Food and beverage service is provided by Levy Restaurants.
Levy’s upscale food offerings at Marlins Park include Pressed Cuban Sandwiches, Italian Meatball Grinders, Grilled Pizzas, and BBQ Rib Tips. The Lexus Legends Level also features the following local community vendor stands:

Marlins Suite Parking
Marlins Park offers on-site parking for Miami Marlins suite and other premium seat holders via the two North or two South parking garages. See the ballpark’s parking lot map for further details. Valet service is not available at this time.
Each Miami Marlins suite is equipped with multiple HD televisions and local internet access.
Private restrooms are located inside some Marlins Park suites; well-appointed restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
The Clevelander at Marlins Park, complete with DJs, dancers, stilt walkers and a swimming pool, provides a truly unique ballpark experience. Located beyond left field near the visitor’s bullpen, this must-see club can accommodate up to 450 fans and opens two hours before every Miami Marlins home game (must be 21 years of age or older to enter; children permitted on Sundays).
The Ricoh Diamond Club Lounge – complete with dedicated concierge service -- boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Marlins Park. Located directly behind home plate, this upscale club features all-inclusive beverage offerings, multiple carving stations, salad bars and an array of dessert stations.
The Budweiser Balcony, located in front of the Budweiser Bow Tie Bar which overlooks left field, features private countertop seating for up to 33 guests and the option to add on special food and drink packages through Levy Restaurants.
