Suites & Stadium Overview
U.S. Bank Stadium, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is home to the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). When not in use by the Vikings, the building will serve as a concert venue and host to family shows.
U.S. Bank Stadium is owned by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority and operated by SMG. The facility features the largest transparent roof in the world, which allows natural light to filter in, providing a climate controlled environment with an outdoor setting.
U.S. Bank is the title sponsor with venue naming rights. Two major events have already been announced at U.S. Bank Stadium. The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority obtained the rights to host Super Bowl LII in 2018 and the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2019. Bidding is underway for the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship. Stadium planners also hope to host college bowl games, concerts, community events and concerts/shows.
Special Events at U.S. Bank Stadium
U.S. Bank stadium will be the host of Super Bowl LII in January 2018. Super Bowl Suite prices will be available in the spring prior to the event date. Super Bowl Suite prices start in the upper $500.000's and may include all-inclusive catering options. Individual or shared Super Bowl suite tickets may be difficult to obtain.

U.S. Bank Stadium offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. U.S. Bank Stadium can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Suite types for rent and for sale include:
- Norseman Lounge Suites (seat up to 10)
- Norseman Suites (seat up to 18)
- Loft Suites (seat up to 18)
- Touchdown Suites (seat up to 20)
- Turf Suites (seat up to 24)
- Valhalla Suites (seat up to 32)
Located between the 20 yard lines and 17 rows from the field, Valhalla Suites are better suited to large groups, available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $10,000 to $20,000 per day depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the club sections or other desirable areas at U.S. Bank Stadium. U.S. Bank suite rentals include premium club access, VIP parking lot passes, and may include the cost of food and beverage service.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Minnesota Vikings and U.S. Bank Stadium, ranging from $140,000 to $265,000 per year. Lease terms are offered for commitments which range from one to ten years. Suite owners with annual leases are generally allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets, as well as two to eight Standing Room Only (SRO) suite tickets per game. U.S. Bank Stadium suite leases include premium club access, field passes, VIP parking passes, and may include the cost of food and beverage service.

Renting a U.S. Bank Stadium Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.Benefits of buying through the venue may include…

Suite Amenities & Design Features
U.S. Bank Stadium suites are configured with extra wide, theater-style seats and bar stools. A wet bar, refrigerator, and ice maker come standard in all suites as well as three high definition flat screen televisions and local internet access. All suites are climate-controlled, with great views of the game action. Private restrooms are located in a select few suites; well-appointed restrooms are located in common areas outside of the individual suites. All televisions are outfitted with local cable feeds and DirecTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket. All-inclusive food and beverage packages with a full-service concierge staff are available for purchase.
Suite Access & Additional Meeting Spaces
U.S. Bank Stadium includes a multi-use executive boardroom, conference rooms and press box for use during non-event times. Non-event day access to the suite as well as conference center space is available, with pricing based on the particular day of use and specific needs of the suite holder. Suite owners, renters, and guests are invited to enter their suite through special VIP entrance up to two hours before the event and stay up to one hour following the event’s conclusion. On game days, those holding suite tickets are also able to use Club areas throughout U.S. Bank Stadium.
In addition to the six premium clubs detailed in the Special Areas section below, U.S. Bank Stadium features two unique outdoor entertainment spaces. The Commons, an expansive $22 million green space, fills two city blocks and is ideal for outdoor concerts and shows. The Medtronic Plaza, adjacent to the stadium’s west entrance, houses the world’s largest five pivoting glass doors and will welcome roughly 85 percent of U.S. Bank Stadium’s guests.
The venue’s press box features coaches and radio booths, multiple TV’s and a buffet area – ideal for Minnesota Vikings-themed business functions.
Catering & Concierge Services
Attendees at U.S. Bank Stadium events may not bring outside food or beverages into the stadium. Please see the Minnesota Vikings’ Game Day Security page for complete details. The venue adheres to the NFL’s Stadium Bag Policy which prohibits all bags larger than 12”x6”x12”.
Suite holders and guests have access to restaurants, bars, and concession stands throughout the arena, as well as premium catering and in-suite concierge service. Food and drink service is provided by Aramark. The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority has also partnered with native celebrity chef and TV personality Andrew Zimmern to create a high-end suite menu for premium ticket holders.
The lease or rental of a U.S. Bank Stadium suite includes VIP parking passes (number of passes dependent upon type of suite leased) to a parking ramp in close proximity to the stadium (map forthcoming). Valet service is not available at this time.

Club Purple, an all-inclusive food and beverage space features lounge-style seating, three full service bars and an outdoor party deck. This unique space also boasts a celebrity-chef style kitchen for open display cooking and serves as the stadium’s fantasy sports headquarters.
The 24,000 square foot Medtronic Club features 21 HDTVs, 1,100 fixed seats, and the finest finishes in the stadium. The Field Club, located next to the Minnesota Vikings locker room, allows fans to watch teams enter and exit the playing surface with tunnel-adjacent seating. The Ice Club and Fire Club each feature 21,000 square feet of lounge space and a la carte food and beverage service.
