Golden 1 Center Suites & Arena Overview
Golden 1 Center, located in downtown Sacramento, California, is home to the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The arena will also host the California Interscholastic Federation High School Basketball State Championships starting in 2017. When not in use by the Kings, the building will frequently serve as a concert venue and host to family shows.
Golden 1 Center is owned by Vivek Ranadivé – the Chairman and owner of the Sacramento Kings. The arena, thought to be the most technologically advanced sports venue to date, features 650 miles of fiber-optic cable, 300 miles of copper throughout the arena, and hundreds of Wi-Fi access points. On June 16, 2015, Sacramento-based Golden 1 Credit Union acquired naming rights for the arena at a cost of $120 million over 20 years.
In addition to Sacramento Kings home games, notable sporting events scheduled to be hosted at Golden 1 Center include WWE’s No Mercy in 2016 and the first and second rounds of the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament in 2017.
Notable musical performers scheduled to take the Golden 1 Center stage include Paul McCartney, Maroon 5, Pentatonix, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Twenty One Pilots.

Host to an approximately 100 events each year, Golden 1 Center offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Golden 1 Center suites can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Sacramento Kings suites for rent and for sale include:
- Sacramento Kings Suites (seat 16-32 guests; located on the Suite Level)
- Sacramento Kings Lofts (seat 8-10 guests; located just below the Suite Level)
Golden 1 Center features 34 upper level suites and 48 lower level lofts. Some of the arena’s event spaces – also known as Party Suites – are typically better suited to large groups, available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometime include food and beverage in the cost. Private Rentals & Sacramento Kings Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full Sacramento Kings suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $4,000 to $10,000 per day depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same Sacramento Kings Suites for lower demand games and events can often be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Golden 1 Center. Up to five VIP parking passes are typically included with the rental of each suite. Catering is not included in the base price but can be ordered separately for an additional charge.
Annual Sacrameno Kings Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Sacramento Kings and Golden 1 Center, ranging from $160,000 to $350,000 per year. Lease terms are offered for seven, ten, and twelve year commitments. Suite owners with annual leases are generally allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets, as well as four to six Standing Room Only (SRO) suite tickets per game. Up to five VIP parking passes are typically included with the lease of each suite. Catering is not included in the base lease price but can be ordered separately with no minimum required.
Renting a Golden 1 Center Suite Through SuiteHop

Renting a Golden 1 Center Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.Benefits of buying through the venue may include…

Suite Amenities & Design Features
Golden 1 Center suites are configured with extra wide, leather, theater-style seats and bar stools. A wet bar, refrigerator, and ice maker come standard in all suites (not lofts) as do multiple high definition flat screen televisions and local internet access. The arena features two 100 gigabit Ethernet circuits which can provide free Wi-Fi connections for guests at a speed 17,000 times faster than the average home internet network. The Kings believe that this network will be able to handle more than 225,000 social networking posts each second.
All suites are climate-controlled, with great views of the game action. Private restrooms are located inside most suites; well-appointed restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
Suite Access & Additional Meeting Spaces
Golden 1 Center includes a multi-use executive boardroom, conference rooms and press box for use during non-event times. Non-event day access to the suite as well as conference center space is available, with pricing based on the particular day of use and specific needs of the suite holder. Suite owners, renters, and guests are invited to enter their suite through special VIP entrance up to 90 minutes before the event and stay up to 60 minutes following the event’s conclusion. On game days, those holding suite tickets are also able to use Club areas throughout Golden 1 Center.
The arena includes 475,000 square feet of office space, 350,000 square feet of retail space, a 250-room hotel, and up to 500,000 square feet designated for residential units. The press box features radio and television broadcast booths, multiple TV’s and a buffet area – ideal for Sacramento Kings-themed business functions.
Catering & Concierge Services
Attendees at Golden 1 Center events may not bring outside food or beverages into the arena. Suite holders and guests have access to restaurants, bars, and concession stands throughout the venue, as well as premium catering and in-suite concierge service for an additional charge.
Food and beverage service is provided by Levy Restaurants in connection with Legends Hospitality. The cuisine in the arena will feature a "farm-to-court" food sourcing program that aims to source up to 90 percent of its food and beverage program from within 150 miles of the arena. Food from local restaurants such as Mulvaney's Building and Loan, Petra Greek, Star Ginger, LowBrau, and Mikuni Sushi are among some of the available dining options at Golden 1 Center.
Golden 1 Center provides dedicated parking for Sacramento Kings Suites ticket holders. Up to five VIP parking passes may be issued to one of the nearby lots located directly South or East of the arena. Valet service is not available at this time.
Each Golden 1 Center suite is equipped with multiple high definition flat screen televisions and free local internet access. Golden 1 Center will be the first NBA arena which runs off 100% solar power.
Private restrooms are located inside most suites; well-appointed restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
Golden 1 Center features an open-air lounge called the "Sierra Nevada Draught House," prominently featured above the arena's grand entrance. This unique tap house and restaurant also features a special Sacramento Kings beer brewed exclusively for limited release at the arena.
The Sawyer, a 250-room hotel located adjacent to Golden 1 Center, is a 16-story mixed-use tower which also includes a public lobby, retail and office space, and private residences. The building was named in honor of a local judge who ruled on historic environmental legal cases which were essential to protecting the rights of farmers during the Gold Rush in 1884.
