Seating Capacity: 41,313 for baseball games and most concerts/family shows. A record attendance of 45,966 was reached during an October, 2012 game against the St. Louis Cardinals. Nationals Park features 72 luxury suites and 2,200 Club Level seats.

Suites & Arena Overview
Nationals Park, located in Washington, D.C., is home to Major League Baseball’s (MLB) Washington Nationals. The ballpark is situated along the Anacostia River in D.C.’s Navy Yard neighborhood. It was the first LEED-certified green major professional sports stadium in the United States. Of note, the Washington Monument and the Capitol building are visible from the upper decks on the first base side of the field.
Nationals Park is owned by the Washington Convention and Sports Authority and operated by the Washington Nationals Baseball Club, LLC.
Notable events hosted at Nationals Park include Pope Benedict XVI’s 2008 visit and mass for more than 47,000 guests and the 2015 NHL Winter Classic before a crowd of 42,832 spectators. Notable artists to take the Nationals Park stage include Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Zac Brown Band, Taylor Swift, One Direction, Jason Aldean, and Florida Georgia Line.

Host to approximately 90 events each year, Nationals Park offers a multitude of entertainment options. Many VIP seating areas and private luxury boxes are available only through annual or multi-year leases; others can be booked on a per-event basis. Nationals Park can accommodate groups and parties of various sizes. Washington Nationals suites for rent and for sale include:
- Washington Suites (seat 25-29 guests)
- Lincoln Suites (seat 16-24 guests)
- Jefferson Suites (seat 15-21 guests)
- Party Suites (seat up to 32 guests)
Nationals Park features suites located on three different levels. The venue also boasts ten spacious party suites, which are typically better suited to large groups, available for a single game (as opposed to full season leases) and sometimes include food and beverage in the cost. In addition to the listings publicly displayed on the SuiteHop Marketplace, we are often able to assist clients secure both private and party suites through our offline network.
Private Rentals & Suite Ticket Prices
Premium full suite rentals for popular games and special events typically fall within the range of $3,500 to $6,000 per day, depending on the size and location of the luxury box. The same suites for lower demand games and events may be reserved at a discount. Individual suite tickets are comparably priced to seats in the Club sections or other desirable areas at Nationals Park. Four VIP parking passes are included with the rental of a Washington National’s suite. Suite renters may also purchase tickets anywhere in the stadium and up to four Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets to fill out the suite. Food and beverage is not typically included in the base rental price.
Annual Suite Leases
Full-season leases are available directly from the Washington Nationals and Nationals Park, ranging from $150,000 to $475,000 per year, as follows:
- Washington Suites: $400,000 to $475,000 per year;
- Lincoln Suites: $175,000 to $300,000 per year;
- Jefferson Suites: $150,000 to $265,000 per year;
- Party Suites: N/A (single game rentals only).
Lease terms are typically offered in commitments which range from one to ten years. Suite owners with annual leases are allowed to buy additional non-suite tickets and parking passes as needed. The cost of food and beverage may not be included in the lease of a Washington Nationals suite.
Renting a Washington Nationals Suite Through SuiteHop
Pricing on SuiteHop is market-based, with suite owners determining the price at which they choose to list. The list price is a reflection of availability, the popularity of the event, the exact location of the suite, whether or not catering and parking passes are included, and the suite owner’s choice of selling their suite in its entirety or by the individual seat, among other factors. - access to suites that are not otherwise available elsewhere, including when the event is sold out,
- ability to purchase individual tickets within suites,
- market-based pricing can be below box office pricing,
- transparent, real-time online pricing and ordering, and,
- availability of full event planning services including ticket distribution, RSVP/invitation management, celebrity appearances, branded promotional/gift items, dedicated in-suite concierge service, and more!
Renting a Washington Nationals Suite Through The Venue
Pricing through the box office is determined by team and/or venue management. Suite pricing is not typically published online and often requires offline contact with a sales representative. Large “Party Suites” sometimes sell individual tickets as part of a shared environment, while private suites usually require purchase of the entire space.Benefits of buying through the venue may include…
- full year and multi-year suite leases only available through venue,
- venue pricing that is sometimes below marketplace pricing, and,
- a direct relationship with the venue for access to future promotions.
Suite Amenities & Design Features
Nationals Park suites are configured with extra wide, theater-style seats and bar stools. A wet bar, refrigerator, sofa, and ice maker come standard in all suites, as do multiple HD televisions and local internet access. Suites are climate-controlled, with great views of the game or concert action. Private restrooms are located inside all Washington Nationals suites; well-appointed restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
Suite Access & Additional Meeting Space
Nationals Park includes a multi-use executive boardroom, conference rooms and press box for rent during non-event times. Non-event day access to the suite as well as conference center space is available, with pricing based on the particular day of use and specific needs of the suite holder (venue typically requires advanced notice). Suite owners, renters, and guests are invited to enter their suites through special VIP entrance up to 90 minutes before the event and stay up to 60 minutes following the event’s conclusion. On event days, those holding Washington Nationals suite tickets are also able to use Club areas throughout Nationals Park.
The stadium’s press box features television booths, radio booths, multiple HDTV’s and a buffet area – ideal for Washington Nationals-themed business functions.
Catering & Concierge Services
Attendees at Washington Nationals events are allowed to bring a select few items into the ballpark. Please see the venue’s Safety Tips Handout or A to Z Fan Guide for complete details. Suite holders and guests have access to restaurants, bars, and concession stands throughout the ballpark, as well as premium catering and in-suite concierge service (for an additional charge). Food and beverage service is provided by Levy Restaurants.
In addition to Levy Restaurant’s upscale offerings, Nationals Park features several area-based food establishment concession stands, including: Ben's Chili Bowl hot dogs, Hard Times chili, Dogfish Head and Flying Dog Brewery beer.
Nationals Park offers on-site parking for Washington Nationals suite and other premium seat holders via the two adjacent parking lots: Lot B and Lot C (each open three hours prior to first pitch). See the ballpark’s parking lot map for further details. Valet service is not available at this time.
Each Washington Nationals suite is equipped with multiple HD televisions and local internet access.
Private restrooms are located inside all Nationals Park suites; well-appointed restrooms are also located in common areas outside of the individual suites.
Located behind home plate and the ballpark’s Presidential Seats (also known as the "Cillizza Seats"), the eye-popping Lexus Club includes access to a luxurious indoor lounge, bar, and buffet area, as well as entrance to the Nationals' batting practice tunnel. This premium facility boasts cherry wood-covered walls, custom chandeliers and a gorgeous Oval Office Bar. It is ideal for an elite cocktail hour, exclusive meal or wedding reception.
The Stars & Stripes Club, a two-story indoor lounge, boasts 33,000 square feet of entertainment space and features various food entities, live television broadcasts of the game, and views of the Anacostia River.
The PNC Diamond Club, located between the two dugouts, features a full-scale restaurant with a bar and buffet. The Red Loft Bar and Patio, located above the Red Porch, provides a bird's-eye view of Nationals Park and the D.C. cityscape.
